The Schwinn IC4 has a cushioned seat, which is typical for an exercise bike. I can do pushes that will get me to 250w+ but at that point resistance is over 50 and it’s difficult to maintain. I use my ipad and Zwift. O. Note that the speed, distance and calories in the console already factor in the resistance setting.
